SKU 4689 is the Everflo EF4000-KIT, a genuine replacement pump head for the Everflo EF4000 12V diaphragm demand pump (4.0 GPM, 60 PSI max). It includes a polypropylene housing and valve plate with Viton seals and diaphragm, refreshing the wetted end when the pump stops, loses efficiency, or leaks at the head. Fits the EF4000 only - confirm your pump model against its markings before ordering.
