Kit 12 is a seal service set for triplex plunger pump cylinders — the packings, seals, and stack hardware for resealing one cylinder of the three. In a triplex pump each cylinder carries its own seal stack, with low-pressure seals on the inlet side and high-pressure packings containing discharge pressure, and this kit provides the service components for one of those stacks. Note: published references disagree on the plunger size this kit fits, so do not order by diameter — confirm Kit 12 against your pump's official parts list and verify your plunger diameter with a caliper before ordering. A seal kit for the wrong plunger size will not seal.
