P.M.R. RCA2G22E-VRT3-160 W/BYPASS & THERMAL RELIEF is an unloader valve (P.M.R. RCA2G22E-VRT3-160) — the component that protects your pump every time you release the trigger, diverting flow into bypass instead of dead-heading the pump. Its thermal relief dumps hot bypass water to protect the seals — a must for machines that sit in bypass. Bypass port returns the diverted flow to the inlet side of the pump. Set it to machine rating with a gauge in line — too high spikes the system, too low starves the nozzle.
