PMR RCV2G25E-F8-VRT3-160 W/BYPASS & THERMAL RELIEF is an unloader valve (P.M.R. RCV2G25E-F8-VRT3-160) — the component that protects your pump every time you release the trigger, diverting flow into bypass instead of dead-heading the pump. The built-in thermal relief dumps heat-soaked bypass water before it can cook the pump seals — critical on machines that spend long stretches in bypass. Bypass port returns the diverted flow to the inlet side of the pump. Set the unloading pressure to your machine's rating and check it with a gauge; a mis-set unloader either spikes the system or starves the nozzle.
