The Mosmatic 80.770 (FL-CG 520) is the 21-inch commercial stainless-steel floater in Mosmatic's surface-cleaner line — the no-caster configuration that glides on its polished stainless housing rather than rolling on wheels, which is why it suits truly flat concrete: sidewalks, parking lots, tennis courts, shop floors, and patios. The 21-inch housing is rated to 4000 PSI at 250 degrees F through a 3/8-inch NPTF inlet, with two rotor arms carrying twin 1503 nozzles and a maintenance-free stainless swivel. A relax-action high-pressure gun is included; note the gun is threaded 3/8-inch FIP, so quick disconnects are not included. At about 23 pounds it is the lighter contractor-grade deck — the wheeled sibling is part 80.771. Swiss-made. Verify flow and pressure ratings against your machine before ordering, since a floater wants a flat surface and matched GPM to spin at full speed.
